Happy Saturday. It's been 7 days since I appealed the copyright claim on a video that had the clip from Dave Chappelle's Saturday Night Live monologue, and NBC Universal has not responded to the appeal. Therefore the video replay from the stream has been restored. I think because it was so obviously fair use, they didn't bother.
The annoying part is they could have responded and restored the video immediately and they didn't. I should be just content with the win. Meh. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just because YouTube's conent match system catches people up in their dragnet.
